OUR STORY.

Townsend Distillery was established in 2022 born out of an idea to bring locally handcrafted spirits to the high desert of Southern California. The stillhouse was built from the ground up using brick and industrial steel to really draw attention to every detail and show true craftsmanship.

We drew inspiration from traveling to distinct industrial areas across the country, including the bourbon trail in Kentucky. Our grain to glass offerings includes vodka, whiskey, bourbon, and gin. We feature an attached restaurant that has a matching aesthetic including an 1800’s style bar and cocktails made with our in-house distilled liquor.
